[OctDev] Contributing the GPC bindings to octave.sf.net

Hi, 

Regarding my last message to octave-dev, if there is any interest, I could
contribute the Octave bindings for the GCP library to the octave.sf.net
project.  I am already a registered SF user, login name rlaboiss.

Please, tell me where the code should go in the CVS tree.  It is composed
essentially of DLD functions + one .m script for plotting.
