[OctDev] Invalid path specification in math.h

Hi,

When using mkoctfile.exe to compile an Octave plugin for VS2010 32-bit causes the following error.

D:\Octave\Octave-3.6.2\include\math.h(74): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'c:/Program Files/Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0/VC/include/math.h': No such file or directory

The same compilation works successfully using Octave 3.6.1.
