[OctDev] Failing tests in queueing

A heads up: I don't use queueing. But I'm packaging it, meaning I
build it and run its tests.

I was updating from queueing-1.0.0 to queueing-1.1.0, and a lot of
failing tests just appeared.

I'm attaching a log.

Most tests seem to fail due to numerical imprecision, though in some
cases the error is quite big.
