[OctDev] mechanics 1.3.0 cannot handle installation prefixes

Hi Juan,

Version 1.3.0 of the mechanis package has the same problem with
installation prefixes which we had before with the geometry package. It
produces the following warnings on load:

> pkg load mechanics
warning: addpath: /usr/lib/octave/packages/mechanics-1.3.0/molecularDynamics: No such file or directory
warning: addpath: /usr/lib/octave/packages/mechanics-1.3.0/ocframe: No such file or directory
warning: addpath: /usr/lib/octave/packages/mechanics-1.3.0/core: No such file or directory

The package was installed with prefix /usr/share/octave/packages, and
that's where those directories can be found.
