Sadly, it seems like I am forced to drop the project. The MinGW developers
have the habit to simply not check tickets (sometimes in the middle of the
conversation; even if they're expecting a patch) and the Octave-Forge
community also seems disinterested... or maybe Nitzan just doesn't have the
time to document what he did; I'm not judging.
