Practice above spring application context creating beans.
Create a maven project called "employee-demo" with groupId: com.cybersolveit.spring.employee-demo
and artifact ID: employee-demo as a jar project.
Inject Spring core, Spring beans, Spring Context and spring context-support as well to the dependencies.
Use old java way of doing same thing first in EmployeeDemo class.
Then use XMLBeanFactory to achieve same thing.
Then use ApplicationContext to achieve same thing.
