#1 1. SEO URL does not work! 2. forum is not available

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. turn SEO URL on and try to navigate on site
2. WRONG: only certain URL are changed to "SEO-like", for example that for
"about us" page and for first category in category list.
3. WRONG: Click on these changed URL leads to 404 page, click on unchanged
URL leads to correct resource.
