#1 Modify wpsic cmd to take user to password file.

Modify wpsicDownload.ttl and wpsicStart.cmd to take user to password file to modify it after changing their password on wpsics servers. It would be best to do this from within the macro password function as soon as they change it on their server. Would not want this to get into logfiles.
