#7 Tag picker add-in for NetBeans

The addition of a tag picker for IDEs would make life much easier for developers. This would stop them from having to remember the name of each tag and simply allow them to look it up from a list. This would ideally be something built into the NetBeans IDE, like a pop-up window which appears when selecting tags from the properties list
