#13 Virtual tags

"Virtual" tags are tags not connected to a real hardware device (i.e. they exist only in the memory of the SCADA system). It would be nice to adapt the "simulation" driver to handle these better. Possibly create a separate driver called "virtual" (creatively enough), and have it persist the values of the tags so that they remain when the server is restarted
