#5 Bug in Cf_rbtree.Set.nearest_incr !

Nearest incr as specified in docs should return
greater or equal element first.
It works totally chaotic.
Here's an example.
It this example it returns greater element
but I found it can return totally random element.
However I didn't include that example because it's
more complicated.
