The attached files for OcfaModules patch the problems between perl modules
and the configure script. The dependencies.conf now replaces and
aproximately inverts the workings of the old targets.conf_in file.
Where the old targets.conf_in allowed the definition of a single
program or library as a dependency for an optional module, the
dependencies.conf files defines a list of one or more dependent
modules for a given program, library or perl module.
The addition of the perl modules, and the possibility to check multiple
dependency for any given module should hopefully remove the issues with
OcfaModule not building unless all perl based modules have their
dependencies met. Now only those specific modules will not build, leaving
the rest of OcfaModules buildable after running configure.
