[Ocf-linux-users] Build failure with kernel >= 5.6

Dear all,

As reported in [1], ocf-linux fails to build with kernel >= 5.6
because timespec has been hidden since [2]. This build failure is also
raised on buildroot [3]. Do you plan to release a new version to fix
this issue?
