Is it a policy because 1des is too weak? cryptosoft can do it normally, but after DES support was commented out of cryptosoft by Hui it can't :-) Of course the fact that DES+SHA1 requires a driver that can support the combination is a deficiancy in OCF IMO, but that needs to be addressed at a higher layer than cryptosoft, if it is.
