[Ocf-linux-users] [PATCH] Improved SMP support, CBC Oracle issues

Hi all,

Attached is a patch that gives much improved SMP support when using ocf.
It also addresses the current CBC Oracle issues circulating in the *BSD
world at the moment.

I am planning a release as soon as possible,  but it's not the best time of
year to gets things done quickly :-)  I figured some people may want this
ASAP,  so a patch. I haven't had time to test it on all platforms and a lot
of kernel versions, however current 2.4 and 2.6 systems appear to be ok.

The patch is against the original ocf-linux-20100325 release.
