Thank you David for the reply. Actually ocf-openswan-2.4.9-20070727.patch adds https://gsoc.xelerance.com/view.php?id=982 in openswan-2.4.9 and makes it unstable. However now I am migrating to KLIP-2.6.23 (only KLIPS from openswan-2.6.23) as it has OCF integrated. I don't see openswan-2.6.24rc5 on download page (http://openswan.org/code/). I hope openswan-2.6.23 will be stable enough. Migration of userspace code (pluto) will take some time for me - I am waiting for https://gsoc.xelerance.com/view.php?id=1004 to complete 100%.
