Yes, just edit that patch to take out the bits you don't want :-) :-) The cvs is our local one (non-openswan) and there is no clean version. Basically a lot of those features were implemented in our tree and then pushed to mainline openswan. The only way I can help you is to hand edit the patch. Is there any reason you cannot try openswan-2.6.24rc5 ? I think it is pretty close to the functionality/stability of 2.4.9. To make it easier, you can get most of the benefit of OCF in openswan by just taking the kernel changes in the patch.
