[Ocf-linux-users] Fix for hifn on linux-2.6.30

Hi all,

Patch below for use on newer kernels where IRQ_NONE and co became an enum
instead of an ifdef.  This stops the kernel trapping due to bad IRQ handling
on shared interrupts with OCF HW drivers.
