[Ocf-linux-users] latest ocf-linux patch (2.6.29 support)

Hi all,

Here's a patch for anyone wanting to sync with the current state of
ocf-linux.  I'd like to do a release but it's just taking me too long to get
though some other things.

This is what I am currently running on 2.6.29 on a number of platforms.

There's not a lot of change in there really,  some hashing fixes,  some
backoff for heavily loaded systems and a new driver for the Cavium Octeon.

I still have a number of patches to get merged in so if you are waiting on
something in particular,  it is probably coming,  but feel free to remind
me :-)
