Hello.

I think the reason for these failures is that we use really ancient
version of ocf - I was unable to figure out which one so I simply
attached it.

The most obvious difference is that we do not use files_fdtable()
function in cryptodev.c because there is no such function in 2.6.12 as
far as I know.
