Yes,  use the openswan patches from the lastest 2007 release,  it only
just moved to the 2.6 series last week.

The new OCF code will work with the older opwenswan-ocf patches just
fine.

The only available changelog is on ocf-linux.sourceforge.net in the
downloads area.  They list the changes from release to release.
