#5 C++ support

I'm not able to compile C++ example for RTLinux. The
output produced when trying to make an example in
ocera/kernel/rtlinux/examples/cpp is attached. The
ocera kernel itself, components and other examples in
ocera/kernel/rtlinux/examples can be compiled ok.
