#3 FIFO regression test fails + gethrtime() unconsistency

1st) regression test fails at FIFOs test (other tests
appear to be OK though)

2nd) unconsistency in the value returned by gethrtime()
function call

tarball in attachment includes:
- ocera .config file (+ linux & rtlinux .config for info)
- output from make (ocera dir)
- output from regression test
- simple hello program showing the issue with gethrtime
() (including output from dmesg)

Test have been performed on the 1.0.0-rc1 tree
downloaded on 2004-03-18.

Using a standard 2.4.18-rtl3.2-pre1 on the same
hardware shows no issue (regression test successfull,
gethrtime() consistent).

Patch provided by Stanislav Benes solved the regression test
problems with FIFOs.
