Can the tracker model be run using the OpenDAP.
We should examine the question by testing.
Compile it using the opendap netcdf library and just see if it will run at all. How much slower is it running?
Probably a lot slower.

After this task is complete we will create new tasks to enhance opendap methods. ie speed it up.
