Initial work on version 0.2d

Initial work on OCDB version 0.2d is begun. Included an overflow css class to impose 198px constraint on genres and labels identified with creators, etc. I've posted an ordered list of things to do and to be included in this development version..

Improved the efficiency of query to find items by item_title or creator name(s). It was taking over ten min. to execute the query if only one char was input; this is no longer an issue.
