#1 Add HTTP proxy and SOCKS Client support

OCD is cool, but if I am at work I need to have access to the internet via
an HTTP Proxy server or via a SOCKS client.

It would be
especially helpful if proxy support was via a proxy .PAC
configuration file.

SOCKS support is not as necessary (since
traffic from is all HTTP right?), but would be helpful for running
applications which require non HTTP network access. Feel free to
add SOCKS support in your spare time. :-)

Currently if I attempt
to run applets via HTTP from work, OCD sometimes hangs because it
can't get to that address without direct access to the net (needs to
go through a proxy server).
