#11 Sdlnet module!!

It would really make everything complete if the SDL_net
library could be wrapped up. It doesn't have that many
functions, and if I knew ocamlc better I would do it
myself.

Seems to me, getting a wrapper around all of the
officially sanctioned SDL support libraries would be a
good idea, and net is sorely missing.
