Sqlite binding for Ocaml / News: Recent posts

First public release of ocaml-sqlite finaly happend. The version is 0.3.4; while the code base seems to be bugs-free; interface is not yet completely stable, but it won't change much except for extensions and introducing Invalid_argument exception where appropriate instead of Sqlite_error.
