[Ocaml-reins-devel] Feature request: map2 function for DoubleQueue

Hello.

I'd like to request that in the DoubleQueue module, a map2 function be
added, analogous to the function by the same name in OCaml's standard
List library.  It probably makes sense to implement the rest of the
"iterators on two lists" equivalents for DoubleQueues as well, but
personally speaking, the map2 function would be most useful.
