I have created ExtLib 1.5.1 release and upgraded the GODI package for
both 3.09 and 3.10 to use the latest release.

The release can be downloaded from http://code.google.com/p/ocaml-extlib.

Package maintainers are encouraged to upgrade their package (noting
the new download & home page URLs).

I will announce the release on OCaml announcements later, once the old
SF home page has been updated to point to the new home page.
