[Ocaml-lib-devel] Installing Extlib

When I ran "ocaml install.ml" I was informed that "ocamlfind" wasn't
found.  That entry is not in /usr/local/bin along with the rest of the
ocaml entry points, nor anyplace else according to which.  Should I have
it?  If so, where do I get it?  BTW, I recently installed OCaml 3.08.3.

Also, if I want ocaml to find the extlib modules, where should I
install?
