[Ocaml-lib-devel] ExtLib 1.4 Release

Hi list !

I took some free time in order to make an ExtLib 1.4 "long awaited" Release
;)
Most of changes are bugfixes, since the API is not evolving so much
recently.

I'll wait few days before offical camllist announcement, this way GODI /
Debian Release managers can package it properly.
