[Ocaml-lib-devel] new version?

So... we've got optParse, Dllist, idxtree (if Brian
will ever commit it :) ), Fifo (again, commit?) new
since the 1.2 release. You think we should wrap this
up, commit the outstanding modules, and roll another
release?
