Heh .. in this forum I'd be a lunatic optimist, compared
to the ISO C++ committee where, for example, after patiently
explaining the merits of closures and lexical scoping,
and showing how to implement it .. half the group including
Stroustrup didn't think it was important enough to warrant
adding to the language.
