[Ocaml-lib-devel] PMap MLI

I just added the MLI for PMap module.
+ corrected the fold function 
+ ensured that map and mapi are mapping the elements in the key order
+ added the foldi function (fold with both key and item)

If someone want to add the ocamldoc for it....
