Wow. I got a /usr/lib/pkgconfig directory on my box.
Never heard of it before.
Unfortunately, I don't seem to have the tool itself.

So someone (like me) that wanted to use Felix would not

only have to download Python, Interscript, and Ocaml,
but also ExtLib and pkgconfig ..

Hmmm ..
