Are VA Linux people using OCaml ? If they're then yes perhaps they'll be
able to use the ExtLib for any use. I don't see any problem with it. BTW,
don't get paranoid , who will notice a small group of people working on a
small library for an obscure programming language ( developped by french
people :) ?
