oc4ware 0.2 released

The oc4ware developers team is happy to announce the immediate availability of oc4ware 0.2. oc4ware is a software for collaborative online knowledge networks.

* Moved the GUIs, residing in the following directories to the
respective server directories as these GUIs deal with
repository data:
./catalogues -> ./catalogues_server/
./journals/ -> ./journals_server/
./members/ -> ./members_server/
./publications/ -> ./publications_server/
The moved GUIs are also kept at their old place, but with a
redirect routine to the new residence.
