#11 pitchover equation in lagsvs.ks is pretty bad

Drag is a factor in the pitchover calculations as well as TWR. Try to find a more
accurate solution that does not cause "understeer" - i.e. when switching to vertical guidance,
the rocket does not tilt upwards. This nearly always causes a flip.
Later versions of KSP/kOS may allow rudimentary Cd (coefficient of drag) estimates. Look into it.
