I just checked in new code that updates the accounting structure.
I don't think it is deployable at this point but it compiles.

I am attempting to retrofit the Accounting section since there were
alot of initial problems w/ it.  Mostly in loose typing etc.. etc...
I will run through some tests later tonight and try to make the project
deployable again.
