#4 new "Everything" DJ Random

I would like an "Everything BUT the kitchen sink" DJ
random playlist. For this one playlist, obs would select
everything in the database EXCEPT what is listed in the
DJ Random playlist editor. That way, you could easily
exclude a few specific artists, and have everything else be
played.
