Does any of this functionality exist and if so is it in the verison I have or in another version and if in another version how easily is it to integrate the addons into my changes

Peter, does your software address any of the concerns below?

In your payroll function, what type of state specfic add ons are there (what is the list of add ons) and where in the application would you select the state specific add ons (what screen)----PAYROLL HAS 4 STANDARD DEDUCTIONS AND ROOM FOR EXTRA: STATE TAX, FED TAX, SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE. THEN MAYBE AN ADD ON DEDUCTION (WE HOLD MONEY TOWARD SOMEONES RENT MAYBE IF THEY LIVE THERE). I CAN’T HELP MUCH MORE ON THIS AS IT IS PRETTY COMPLEX I’M SURE, THAT IS WHY NO ONE DOES IT.
In terms of management fees, what are those fees for a given property? MANAGEMENT IS BASED ON EITHER A PERCENTAGE OF WHAT IS COLLECTED OR A FLAT RATE. YOU NEED TO TELL THE SYSTEM WHAT GL’S YOU BASE YOUR COLLECTIONS ON (LATE FEES/RENT/CAM/MONTH TO MONTH FEE/ETC, THEN THE SYSTEM FIGURES WHAT YOU COLLECT. THEN IT SHOULD BE ABLE TO CALCULATE WHAT THE TAX WILL BE IF WE CAN FILL IN THE STATE TAX RATE (CT IS 6.35%)
Is this for your work as an agency that the owner pays per property? It appears the management company is taking a cut based on receivables. What is the calculation? Can you describe the workflow of this type of transaction from an accounting perspective? are there management fees? Is this your fee to the owner per property. PER PROPERTY, YES.
