If an ontology file is not downloaded completely (such as because of a poor internet connection), Phenex may think the file doesn't need to be re-downloaded when it really does. This can cause terms to be missing from the session, and consequent data loss when files are saved.

Phenex should have better ways to detect problem ontologies. Also, it should have interface means to force ontology downloads. A panel showing the currently downloaded ontologies with their dates and file sizes would be useful.

    ALso would be good to have a pop-up warning box indicating problem with loading ontologies.
