Please consider adding the term
ventricular premature beat
def - an extra heartbeat resulting from abnormal electrical activation originating in the ventricles before a normal heartbeat would occur
source - Merck Manual Online Medical Dictionary
syn - ventricular ectopic beat, premature ventricular contraction
in J:151367 and existing annotations under irregular heartbeat and abnormal heartbeat
child of - irregular heartbeat

Also, sinus arrhythmia is currently a child of abnormal heart rate but arrhythmia is a synonym for irregular heartbeat so shouldn't sinus arrhythmia be a child of irregular heartbeat?

New term added: ventricular premature beat MP:0009732.

For "sinus arrythmia", the current definition is wrong.

As far as I can tell, sinus arrhythmia is a normal phenomenon of mild acceleration and slowing of the heart rate, i.e. a naturally occurring variation in heart rate, that occurs with breathing in and out

So the term should be "abnormal sinus arrhythmia" or better yet "abnormal heart rate variability" and should be defined something similar to: any anomaly in the normal phenomenon of mild acceleration and slowing of the heart rate that occurs with breathing in and out

I still think it should remain under "abnormal heart rate" as it is referring to an anomaly in heart rate variability and the current terms increased/decreased heart rate variability should be made children of it; these terms already have synonyms of inc/dec respiratory sinus arrythmia
