Proposed new hierarchy:
MP:0004924 abnormal behavior
-i-MP:NEW abnormal immobility in response to inescapable restraint
--i--MP:NEW increased immobility in response to inescapable restraint
--i--MP:NEW decreased immobility in response to inescapable restraint

Definitions:
MP:NEW abnormal immobility in response to inescapable restraint
def: any anomaly in the mobility of an organism in response to external or internal stimuli compared to controls

MP:NEW increased immobility in response to inescapable restraint
def: increased mobility of an organism in response to external or internal stimuli compared to controls

MP:NEW decreased immobility in response to inescapable restraint
def: decreased mobility of an organism in response to external or internal stimuli compared to controls

Note:
These terms are requested to describe responses to behavior assays such as the tail suspension test: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tail_suspension_test

See also "behavioral despair [MP:0002573]". This is another case in which there is a phenotype term to describe the behavioral test result.
The term "decreased immobility in response to inescapable restraint" doesn't make sense to me as a term label, and the definitions of the increased/decreased terms seem to be reversed.
