Please add the following synonyms for abnormal midbrain-hindbrain boundary development [MP:0004096]

SYN: abnormal isthmic organizer development
SYN: abnormal isthmus organizer development
SYN: abnormal isthmomesencephalic boundary development
SYN: abnormal isthmus development
SYN: abnormal MHB development
SYN: abnormal midbrain-hindbrain organizer development

GO treats midbrain-hindbrain boundary and isthmus (-ic) organizer as synonyms. I suggest that MP term abnormal isthmic organizer morphology [MP:0006174] be renamed accordingly and made a parent of abnormal midbrain-hindbrain boundary development [MP:0004096] with the following synonyms:

SUGGESTED TERM NAME: abnormal midbrain-hindbrain boundary morphology
SYN: abnormal isthmic organizer morphology
SYN: abnormal isthmus organizer morphology
SYN: abnormal isthmomesencephalic boundary morphology
SYN: abnormal isthmus morphology
SYN: abnormal MHB morphology
SYN: abnormal midbrain-hindbrain organizer morphology

Also, abnormal midbrain-hindbrain boundary development [MP:0004096] should be made a child of abnormal brain development [MP:0000913], rather than a child of abnormal midbrain development [MP:0003864] which is the current placement.
.
Finally, a new term should be created for “absent midbrain-hindbrain boundary”

absent midbrain-hindbrain boundary
DEF: absence of the midbrain-hindbrain domain of the embryonic brain that is comprised of the mesencephalic vesicle and the first rhombencephalic vesicle at early somitogenesis stages; normally, an organizing center located at the boundary patterns the midbrain and hindbrain primordia of the neural plate
