The term "responsive to IL-1R antagonist" is one of the characteristic associated features being observed among familial cold auto-inflammatory syndrome patients (Ref> http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S009167490600039X\)

This is not possible to express in a single HPO term, because it is normal to be "responsive to IL-1R antagonist", and what is special about that diseases is that this normal feature is retained. The HPO terms always refer to an abnormality, and are never tied to one specific disease.
