No

There are two terms that seem to be the same thing:
HP_0002394 'walking on tiptoes' (no def, no synonyms)
HP_0030051 'tip-toe gait' Def: An abnormal gait pattern characterized by the failue of the heel to contact the floor at the onset of stance during gait. pmid:24757457

I have now forgotten what our merge strategy was- can one of these be obsoleted and replaced by the other?

Cirrect, these are synonyms and I have merged them by transfering all of the information from 'walking on tiptoes' to the other term manually and adding the id as the alt id, and then deleting 'walking on tiptoes'. I think this is the procedure that will be best tolerated by our software pipelines.
