Hi,
It would be great to have:

Abnormality of the brain HP_0012443
-Abnormal ion accumulation in brain
--Abnormal iron accumulation in brain

There are also a number of substructures that have been shown to accumulate iron as well, we should add these too. There is also 'Abnormality of ion homeostasis' not sure if that should also be a superclass.

    e.g.
Abnormal iron accumulation in globus pallidus
Abnormal iron accumulation in substantia nigra

I am not convinced that "ion" is a good grouping concept, since some metal accumulation might be with oxides etc. The MP has iron accumulation and copper accumulation, two items that are medically relevant, and they live at the top level under brain. I have done something similar and also added some subclasses, e.g.,

Abnormal iron accumulation in globus pallidus
An anomalous build up of iron (Fe) in the globus pallidus (FMA:61835).

Actually, I have removed the qualifier abnormal from these terms, since there is no normal accumulation of iron in the brain.
