#192 INIzer support

vtastek requests:

Support how INIzer handles multiple plugins.txt and oblivion.ini files.

This would require Bash on startup to detect if INIzer is installed, then parse it's INI file to determine where to look for:
- plugins.txt
- Oblivion.ini
- Save Games

Possibly more. We'll probably have to get in touch with shadeMe to get everything working right.
